بخشي از بودجه مبنای پروژه است كه براي اهداف كنترل‌هاي مديريتي در نظر گرفته مي‌شود. اين بودجه براي كارهاي پیش‌بینی‌نشده در چارچوب محدوده پروژه ذخيره مي‌شود. ذخيره مديريت جز مبناي سنجش عملكرد (PMB) پروژه نیست.
